1. Provider and scope
Naukado is provided by x1 technologies. NIP: 1251792192 · REGON: 542436628. Provider details and contact.
These terms cover the new version of Naukado, with Learn, Library, Review and Profile tabs, called NEXT here. They do not replace the documents covering the separate functions of the older app. Your account and Premium entitlement may be shared between both versions. Using NEXT does not create a separate purchase identity or remove existing Premium.
2. The service
Naukado is a digital service supporting independent learning. You can enter a topic or your own material, prepare a lesson, answer exercises, use the Tutor, save notes and return to reviews and earlier lessons. You can edit a suggested next topic before creating a lesson.
Free access has the limits set out below. Premium increases limits and provides the features stated in the offer. Creating an account or viewing an offer is not a purchase. Naukado does not guarantee a particular grade, exam result or learning speed. It does not replace a teacher or individual medical, legal or financial advice.
3. Technical requirements and availability
You need a compatible device, a supported app version and an internet connection for sign-in, extracting material, generating new content, using the Tutor and synchronising. The App Store or Google Play listing states the system requirements for that version. We do not promise full offline operation. Locally stored data also helps preserve work and safely recover operations; it is not a substitute for keeping your own originals.
Access to the camera, selected photos, files, microphone or notifications is needed only for the relevant function and depends on system permissions. You can change these in device settings. Internet costs are governed by your agreement with your network provider. Outages or maintenance can temporarily restrict access; this does not limit statutory rights concerning conformity of the service with the contract.
4. Account and contract
The contract for a NEXT account is concluded after you have read and accepted the terms and successfully completed registration. The privacy policy explains data processing; acknowledging it does not replace a separate, voluntary consent where consent is required. Registration or sign-in may use an email code, Google or Apple. Use an email address you are entitled to use. Do not share codes or access credentials.
Sign in to an existing account using its existing method. A matching email address alone does not authorise taking over or automatically linking accounts. The server may confirm that an address is already used even after an earlier availability check. The free account contract is for an indefinite period; paid access lasts for the selected subscription period.
5. Minors
If your age or legal capacity means you cannot enter into a particular contract independently, use Naukado with a parent or legal guardian's involvement to the extent required by law. A Premium purchase requires authority to make that purchase and the appropriate involvement of a guardian. Do not bypass store account restrictions or parental controls.
Consent to optional learning emails is separate from the learning contract. Where a guardian's authorisation is required for that consent, accepting the terms alone cannot replace it. Naukado does not present registration as verification of age or guardian consent.
6. Artificial intelligence and checking content
Naukado uses AI to prepare lesson content, exercises, suggested next topics, Tutor responses, extraction of photos, documents and recordings, material titles and educational images. Topic-based lessons use the model's knowledge. Results can contain errors, inaccuracies, simplifications or omissions, including incorrect extraction of material. Not every response is independently checked by a person.
Check extracted text and the selected scope before accepting a material. Compare important information with the source or a textbook. Images are educational and may be simplified. Do not submit data you are not entitled to process or confidential information you do not want to share with the providers described in the privacy policy. These explanations do not exclude responsibility for conformity with the contract or statutory consumer rights.
7. Free access limits
Free access for accounts registered under this version of the terms includes 2 initial new lessons. It can then provide at most 2 single replenishments, each after 7 days have passed since the last delivered free lesson. This means at most 4 free lessons in total. It is not an ongoing daily or weekly allowance. The Tutor includes 5 initial responses in total, without periodic replenishment.
Accounts with a previously recorded acceptance of the 2026-10-02 terms retain 3 starter lessons and at most 2 single replenishments under the earlier rules. This change does not remove saved content or lessons already delivered or validly reserved.
Saved lessons, materials, notes, exercises and reviews remain available within the free feature set. Reopening saved content is not creating a new lesson. The app shows the server-based status and whether another operation is available. Deleting material, a lesson or history does not restore used allowance.
9. Your materials and file extraction
Photos, PDF, DOCX and PPTX documents, and recordings share one free extraction trial: up to 3 photos at once or 3 files of one format. Premium allows further extractions, up to 5 photos or files of one format at once, without a separate import-count allowance, subject to available lesson allowance and technical restrictions. Manually entered text and TXT and Markdown files do not use this trial. Importing a recording as learning material and transcribing a spoken Tutor answer are separate functions. The free reading of these formats also requires an available new lesson.
The app shows the supported format, size and material scope. DOCX and PPTX extraction covers their available text layer; we do not promise recognition of every embedded image, layout, table or animation. Extraction, particularly from a photo, scan or recording, can be incomplete. Before creating a lesson, you select and accept extracted text; an empty selection cannot be a lesson source. Longer material may need to be divided.
10. Buying and renewing Premium
Purchases take place through the App Store or Google Play. Available periods may include a week, month and year; the binding offer for a particular purchase is displayed before confirmation. The store supplies the price, currency, taxes, billing period and renewal conditions. Do not infer a price from these terms. Payment requires separate confirmation in the store.
A subscription may renew automatically under the conditions displayed by the store. Turn off renewal in your Apple or Google account's subscription settings by the deadline required by that store. The app's subscription-management action opens the appropriate destination. Signing out, uninstalling the app, deleting material or deleting your Naukado account does not cancel a store subscription. Turn off renewal separately to avoid another charge. Existing valid Premium entitlements, including weekly purchases, retain their account association.
11. Trial periods and restoring purchases
A free trial is available only if the store confirms eligibility for the particular product and account and the app displays its conditions. Not everyone qualifies. If an offer includes a trial, check its duration, subsequent price and renewal-cancellation deadline before buying. A paid period may follow under that offer.
Restoring purchases checks existing entitlements; it is not a new purchase and does not guarantee access without a valid purchase or entitlement. Use the correct Naukado and store accounts. If they do not match, contact support with safe details from your purchase confirmation, without passwords, codes or complete payment details.
12. Messages and notifications
Messages necessary for sign-in, account security and contract administration are separate from optional emails helping you return to learning. With voluntary consent and active NEXT communication settings, these may include a welcome, messages after completing lessons and reminders. You can withdraw consent in app settings or using the link in a message; withholding consent does not remove learning access.
Push notifications require the appropriate system permission and app settings. Email and notification delivery also depends on the provider, device and its settings; Naukado does not guarantee delivery at an exact time. Email consent does not replace push permission, or vice versa. Optional learning emails are offered to people who declare they are at least 16; this is a declaration, not age verification. We send at most one such message per 24 hours and 3 in a rolling 7-day period, not a guaranteed number of messages.
13. Materials, rights and acceptable use
Submit only materials you are entitled to use in the selected way. Respect copyright, privacy and other people's confidential information. Do not submit unlawful content or use the service for harassment, fraud, security violations or circumventing limits. Do not share your account or disrupt systems.
Submitting a material does not transfer ownership or copyright to Naukado. You allow the technical processing needed for the selected function, including storage, extraction and sharing necessary data with providers described in the privacy policy. Naukado does not guarantee exclusivity, originality or copyright protection for every AI result. Third-party rights and the conditions under which your own material was supplied still matter. Software, branding and interface artwork remain subject to their respective rights holders' rights.
14. Deleting material or an account and ending use
You can stop using the service and use the in-app account-deletion function or request deletion at info@x1technologies.pl. Signing out does not delete an account. Deleting a NEXT material includes its lessons, images, sources, notes and linked reviews. It does not delete the account or subscription or restore allowance; minimal usage and deletion-handling records remain without the deleted content.
Account deletion covers the shared Naukado account, including data saved in the older app. Acceptance of a request starts the process; completion may require time for file removal and provider actions. The privacy policy describes backups and other records. Keep needed originals and available exports before deletion. You can exercise statutory rights to receive your data or your own content through the legal contact. Deleting an account does not replace withdrawal from a paid contract or cancellation of a store subscription.
15. Account protection and access restrictions
We may proportionately restrict a particular operation or access when there is an identified breach of law, security, other people's rights or section 13, or while investigating such an event. A technical block can also result from missing entitlement or exhausted allowance. Where this does not jeopardise security or breach the law, we will explain the reason and how to contact us to resolve it.
A restriction does not remove statutory claims, complaint rights or rules for settling undelivered service. It does not authorise arbitrary removal of paid access. Contact info@x1technologies.pl with concerns.
16. Complaints and conformity with the contract
You can complain at info@x1technologies.pl, by post to the provider's address or through in-app support. Describe the problem, your request and how to contact you; where possible include the app version, incident date and order number. A missing technical attachment does not remove your right to complain. Limits on the support form do not restrict complaints or direct email contact.
We will respond to a consumer complaint on a durable medium, such as email, within 14 days of receipt unless a specific law provides otherwise. Failure to respond within that period has the effect prescribed by law. If digital content or a digital service is not delivered or does not conform with the contract, statutory remedies apply: requesting delivery or conformity, and, in cases provided by law, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract. The applicable deadlines, conditions and refund rules under Polish consumer-rights law apply. The explanation of AI limitations does not exclude these rights.
17. Right to withdraw
A consumer concluding a distance contract generally has 14 days from its conclusion to withdraw without giving a reason. Send an unequivocal statement before the deadline to info@x1technologies.pl or the provider's postal address. You may use the form below, but it is optional. Any refund due is made without undue delay, no later than 14 days after receipt of the statement, normally using the same payment method; store payments are settled through their applicable payment mechanism. You may also use Apple or Google's refund procedure; it does not exclude statutory rights against the relevant trader.
Exceptions for fully performed services or paid digital content require all statutory conditions, including the appropriate prior express consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right, and, for digital content, the required confirmation. Merely accepting these terms, starting a trial or opening the app does not automatically remove that right. If performance of a paid service began before the withdrawal deadline at your express request, the part performed can be settled only under the conditions provided by law.
18. Model withdrawal statement
To: Łukasz Szczepocki (X1 Technologies), ul. Tulipanowa 3, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland, info@x1technologies.pl.
I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract concerning: [service/subscription].
Date the contract was concluded: [date].
Consumer's name: [name].
Consumer's address: [address].
Account email or order number, if known: [information helping identify the contract].
Date: [date].
Signature: [only for a paper form].
19. Changes to the service and terms
Changes necessary to maintain conformity with the contract include security updates and correcting defects. Other changes to the ongoing service may have justified reasons: a change in law, a need to protect data or prevent abuse, changes to supported device systems, or provider technical changes requiring an existing function to be adapted. Such changes must not cause additional cost and require clear information.
If a change materially and negatively affects access or use, we will inform you sufficiently in advance on a durable medium, describing its scope, date and your rights. In the cases provided by law, you may terminate without notice within 30 days of the change or a later notification, unless we let you retain the unchanged, conforming service at no additional cost. A new version of the terms will have a date and will not overwrite earlier acceptance evidence. Changes to subscription prices or renewals also follow the applicable store rules and do not result merely from changing this document.
20. Law and dispute resolution
Polish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights, including the protection applicable in your country of habitual residence. These terms do not restrict the jurisdiction of courts established by law or impose mandatory arbitration. Legal protection also extends to sole traders where the law grants them consumer rights.
You can seek help from a local consumer adviser or the relevant consumer authority in your country. Information about Polish out-of-court procedures is available at polubowne.uokik.gov.pl. Participation in a particular procedure depends on its rules and the required positions of the parties; it does not require waiving court proceedings. These terms do not promise the provider's participation in every procedure. The PL, EN and DE versions describe the same rules; a translation difference cannot restrict statutory rights.
